With 20 years in events and stadium shows, and over a decade working across APAC, I’ve been fortunate to help create unforgettable experiences and I’m excited for the ones still to come.
I’m Luke Woolley, a CAD drafting and fabrication design specialist with over 20 years of experience in film, live events, and brand activations across Asia and globally. My work focuses on turning creative concepts into precise, build-ready drawings and fabrication packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
With a background in scenic design, truss and scaffold layouts, staging, and technical documentation, I help production teams, agencies, and fabricators bridge the gap between imagination and reality. Beyond drafting, I bring project management expertise, coordinating between creatives, workshops, and on-site crews to keep builds on time and compliant.
I also explore mixed reality and digital innovation, using tools like VR, AR, and AI-driven workflows to streamline approvals and pre-visualisation. Whether it’s a film set, touring activation, or large-scale event, my goal is to deliver clear, buildable solutions that support both creative vision and practical execution.
